To make this small batch coastal spiced rum, Dunnet Bay Distillery's own house Mapmaker's Rum is blended with Caribbean rum and water from the nearby Loch Calder, then spiced with local botanicals; lemon verbena, scurvy grass, sea kelp and Scottish sea salt.
