A delicious Spanish vermouth, made in the Penedès region of Catalonia using the Macabeo and Xarel·lo grapes (known for their use in Cava in the same area) along with more than 50 herb, spice, flower and seed extracts and aged for 1-2 months in oak, giving a nice balance between sweet and bitter flavours.
