From the Arbikie distillery comes Nàdar vodka, a climate positive vodka. A single estate produced vodka made from peas where all mashing, fermenting, distilling and bottling is all done in house. Arbikie's 'Field-to-Bottle' ethos is about reducing their carbon footprint as a distiller (each bottle has a carbon saving of >1.53kg CO2e) and creating products that are sustainably and entirely made on their estate in Arbroath.
