Discarded Chardonnay Vodka 70cl

The base spirit for this vodka is distilled from pomace (the leftover fruit, stems and seeds from winemaking), into which the Discarded Spirits Co. also infuse Chardonnay 'wine alcohol' (a side product of dealcoholising wine). The resulting vodka is clean yet complex, with a distinct Chardonnay character to the finish. Best served neat with frozen grapes, mixed long with tonic or stirred in a martini.
