Portobello Road Calabrian Bergamot Vodka

This edition of Portobello Road vodka is flavoured with Bergamot Orange from Calabria in southern Italy. This citrus fruit is a hybrid of lemon and bitter orange and has a richly aromatic, zesty peel. The base spirit is Portobello Road's potato vodka, which is distilled from nearly 3kg of British potatoes per bottle, which undergo a first distillation in a column still and then a second in a copper pot still giving a characterful, elegant spirit.
