Made with potatoes grown, harvested and distilled on site at Hatton of Ogilvy Farm in Glamis, near Forfar in Angus, Scotland.
The 2022 harvest batch release is made with potatoes from No. 4 Rochelhill Field, and is produced by farmer Graeme Jarron and distiller Connor McCollam.

Nose: Warm aromas tinged with fresh apricots and citrus fruit, green grass.
Taste: Smooth warmth of potato spirit, a sweet, creamy character with fruity esters, a hint of toffee and green pasture notes. Clean, balanced, a rich mouthfeel imbued with the mineral wealth of local land and water.
Aftertaste: A long, lush finish with black pepper, earthy charcoal and wee whisper of citrus.
