For the avoidance of doubt, use of the Website is restricted to persons over the age of 18 in the UK.
These Terms and Conditions tell you information about us and the terms and conditions on which we sell any of the products (Products) listed on the Website to you. As the Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you please read them carefully and make sure you understand them before ordering any Products from the Website. You will be asked before placing your order to agree to the Terms and Conditions. You will not be able to order any Products from our Website until you accept the Terms and Conditions.

Our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out the permitted uses and prohibited uses of our site. When using our Website, you must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
Any written content, photography, imagery and other material on the Website is owned by us and may only be used with our express written consent. No copies or printouts may be made of the Website unless solely for personal use in relation to purchasing from us.
Age and Identity Verification:
We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure all details relating to Products on the Website are correct. While we have used all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Website, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the Website. The images on the Website are illustrative and the Products you order and/or packaging may vary slightly from those images. Prices and specifications can change without notice and Products are subject to availability. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can pay for Products using most major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.
We ship all Products via overnight courier who operate Monday to Friday. After processing and confirming your order, so far as the couriers are able, deliveries will be delivered next working day if ordered before 2pm. Restrictions apply for remote areas and Islands. Unfortunately we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.
If, for whatever reason you are unhappy with any Products purchased which are not faulty, we will refund your money, or exchange the Products if you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the Products. All returned Products must be returned to us in good condition, of which we shall be the sole judge. We will make reimbursements within 30 days of cancellation. Any Product returned must be within its original packaging. (Unfortunately we cannot pay for the delivery charge of unwanted Products.) However, if any Products that we send to you are faulty or damaged we will replace them or reimburse you for the expense, including the cost of delivery, if you prefer. If Products are faulty or damaged, we require that you tell us within a reasonable time of receipt of the Products (48 hours). All refunds and reimbursements will be paid within 30 days of your notifying us of your wish to return the Products. Any Products returned must be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage. We cannot accept returned damaged Products.
Tax: All Products, where applicable, are subject to UK Value Added Tax (VAT) of 20%. The prices on the Website already have VAT tax included.
User IDs and passwords: You agree that you are responsible for your account and password created when you register for the Website. We will not be held responsible for any damages resulting in loss of password or unauthorised access to your account.
Cancellation and suspension of account:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account on the Website if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
Third party websites:
We will not be held responsible for the content of any third party websites that we might link to on the Website and as such will not be responsible for any damages which may be caused.
Events outwith our control:
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions that is caused by any of the following:- act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
Limitation of Liability: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Scots law.To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our Website or any content on it, whether express or implied. We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, delict (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with (i) use of, or inability to use, our Website; or (ii) use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Website.
Please note that we only provide our Website for domestic and private use. You agree not to use our Website for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
