Cocchi Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro
A delicious, Italian vermouth made with rhubarb and cassia bark amongst other herbs and spices. Bitter notes are softened with the addition of Barolo Chinato to the base wine.
Vermouth Amaro Cocchi has been created according to the original recipe by Giulio Cocchi where artemisia was enriched with rhubarb, cassia bark, chiretta and a double infusion of cinchona.
The addition of Barolo Chinato to the base wine gives delicate red nuances and a further soft and complex note that is totally Cocchi in style.
