Entirely distilled in Hawick by the Borders Distillery, this first limited release in their Workshop Series is a Blended Scotch Whisky made up of a single malt and a rye single grain.
In 2019 the Borders Distillery distilled a small batch of rye spirit and matured it in bourbon casks alongside their single malt. These were then blended together, using 63.8% single grain and 36.2% single malt to create WS:01.
Individually numbered bottles. Bottled without filtration.
