A French gin made with Philippine botanicals, inspired by the dancehall days of 1930s Manilla and named for the legendary Santa Ana Cabaret there.
Vacuum distilled in the Charente region of France, this gin is made with seven traditional and four key Philippine botanicals: Ylang ylang, alpinia, calamansi and dalandah.
Producer's tasting notes: "delicate floral top notes and a fresh, tropical citrus palate".
