The Good Spirits Co. Pulteney 9 Year Old 55%

Our own bottling of Pulteney, matured for nine years in a bourbon cask. Released in October 2023.

We loved the initial sample of this malt, but at well north of 60% it was...hot. So we tinkered for a bit and settled on 55% as the sweet spot. It will certainly take a bit of water, but for us, 55% is where all the elements seem to come into balance.
