Isle of Raasay Single Malt


The signature lightly peated single malt from the Isle of Raasay Distillery.


From the Isle of Raasay in the Inner Hebrides, this single malt balances a lightly peated spirit with rich dark fruit flavours.

Mineral-rich water from the island and the distillery's three to five day fermentations help to give the initial spirit sweet blackberry characteristics. Raasay use both peated and unpeated spirits, with these aged in rye whiskey, chinquapin oak and Bordeaux red wine casks.

"Lightly peated - aromatic smoke. Fruit - cherry, apricot, blackcurrant. Savoury spice - black pepper, cinnamon. Sweet spice - crystallised ginger. Sandalwood. Vanilla & butterscotch. A hint of saltiness."

Distilled, matured & bottled on the Isle of Raasay.

Natural colour. Non-chill filtered.
