Galliano was found in 1896 with their first product being the legendary Galliano Autentico. The process used to make Galliano Autentico is a long process that has remained unchanged since the beginning. Every step of the process reflects Galliano’s dedication to quality and excellence, from their unique process of seven infusions, to their distinguished six step distillation process, Galliano is as unique as they come.

30 different herbs and spices are used to create the taste that is Galliano, including star anise, juniper, musk yarrow, ginger, lavender and last but not least the delicate and smooth flavour that is vanilla. All of these flavours are blended together until perfection and presented in Galliano’s unique obelisk shaped bottle.
