Mina Real Mezcal Blanco

Made with a combination of modern and traditional techniques, including limestone kiln cooking of the agave, wild fermentation and double distillation in ceramic pot stills. Made at the Real de Minas distillery in Santa Catarina Minas in Oaxaca by master distiller Germaín Arellanes Santos.
