Henri Bardouin Pastis

From Distilleries et Domaines de Provence, located in the small town of Forcalquier, south eastern France, comes an intensely aromatic pastis. Henri Bardouin pastis features star anise, angelica, sagebrush (a woody and herbaceous plant), cinnamon, cardamon, tonka bean and cloves - a handful of the 65 ingredients that go into the recipe. The rest are a closely guarded secret!
An incredibly flavoursome beverage, this pastis is best served well diluted with plenty of ice.
