Hand-distilled, pure single cask rum made from 100% organic molasses. This second single cask release from Illicit was aged for two years in a cask which had previously held barleywine (a kind of strong, malty ale). It was put into cask on 05/06/2019, then bottled in 31/08/2021 in a release of 84 individually numbered bottles.
Non-chill filtered, with no artificial colours or flavours.
Illicit's tasting notes... "green apples, nutmeg, cocoa, old books".
