Whitewood's tasting notes and serving suggestions: roast oranges retain their bright flavour while developing a subtle malt-like caramelisation, with the earl grey, rooibos and saffron adding complexity that opens up wonderfully when mixed. Lip smacking in a spritz or with tonic.
