An 8 year old single cask Aberfeldy from Douglas Laing's Provenance range.
Distilled in October 2013 at the Aberfeldy distillery, aged 8 years and bottled in May 2022 from a single refill hogshead (cask DL15832), by Glasgow based independent bottlers Douglas Laing. A release of 372 bottles.
Douglas Laing's tasting notes:
Nose: Strawberry jam on freshly baked scones developing to grist and barley sugar.
Palate: Immediately detect a marmalade tang followed by a creamy cereal and cinnamon style.
Finish: Lingers sweetly with chocolate dipped strawberries and butterscotch.
Un-chillfiltered. No colouring.
