An 11 year port and sherry matured undisclosed Highland single malt from independent bottlers North Star.
Part of independent bottlers North Star's Cask Series 021, this 11 year old single malt was distilled at an undisclosed Highland distillery in May 2011, matured in port/oloroso sherry octaves and a refill hogshead, and bottled in November 2022. A release of 265 bottles at 56.5% abv.

Nose: Apple cider with smashed dark berries.
Palate: Double scoop of birthday cake ice cream with a chocolate wafer & flake.
Finish: Oily all-over taste bud massage.
Natural colour. Non chill filtered.
