First released in April 2023, Wolfburn 10 Year Old is the first official age statement expression from the distillery located in Thurso, Caithness in the far north of Scotland. It has been matured in Oloroso sherry casks.
Tasting notes: "On the nose, soft sherry sweetness melds with figs and raisins, but it's on the palate where the true depth of flavour shines through. Bold chocolate and dark fruit flavours abound, with overtones of caramel and vanilla, all accompanied by gentle hints of nutmeg and oak smoke. Silky tannins make for a beautifully textured finish."
